I usually start my day catching up on email and following up on any messages in our internal team communications channels. I'll then have meetings either with my team, usually around product development, or with potential clients and organizers. A good part of my day is spent talking to people that have used or may use our platform in order to understand what they need and how we can better help them. My day usually ends by working on presentations or materials for meetings and pitches.
