My path in life has been direct
1.
When I first started school at the University of New Mexico, I was interested in nursing.
2.
While at the University of New Mexico, I started working for the National Indian Youth Leadership Project and discovered that I really enjoyed facilitation and experiential education.
3.
I decided to pursue a career in experiential education.
4.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in intercultural communication.
5.
I’ve since worked as a positive youth development specialist for Chemawa Indian School, a youth educator for Friends of Zenger Farm, and a crew lead for Northwest Youth Corps.
6.
I currently work as a program coordinator for the Emergence and TAP (Therapeutic Adventure) programs at The Mountain Center in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
