Defining Moments
How I responded to discouragement
THE NOISE
Messages from Parents:
You should find something to fall back on in case something happens to your husband. What????!!!!
How I responded:
I stayed true to myself. Even though I was young when I heard that noise and went in many directions until finally finding my passion, I always knew I couldn't just have a "job". Too much of our lives are spent working to hate what we do. My passion finally found me in my 30's. Don't give up, don't give in!
