Defining Moments
How I responded to discouragement
THE NOISE
Messages from Society in general:
You can't raise any money." "You don't know what you're doing.
How I responded:
Believe in yourself and your abilities and you will be successful, it just takes time. Listen to the clues and details and you will find a successful route. It's all about building a relationship.
Experiences and challenges that shaped me
I applied for financial aid, and also worked part time to support myself through college. Also, worked hard at all of my jobs to work my way up.
