How I responded to discouragement
THE NOISE
Messages from Parents:
You will not make much money if you chose this line of work.
How I responded:
My response was that I felt that God called me to do this work and that God would provide the income needed by my family. It was a long road at times, and there were challenges to be faced both in the educational setting and in the work place. There were times when I questioned if it was worth the trouble. In the end, personal perseverance won out and I feel that I accomplished my educational goals and many of my career goals.
