How I responded to discouragement
THE NOISE
Messages from Myself:
No one will buy the stuff you make when they can just make it at home.
How I responded:
I still make the things I love and put it up on Etsy. I take the stuff we make to craft shows and even anime conventions and people DO buy it because they love what we make and they even give suggestions on what to make next. My advice is to never give up on doing what you love, do it and work hard to get it out there because there will always be someone willing to support what you do.
Experiences and challenges that shaped me
Everything I learned I got from online and from books at the library. Look up YouTube videos or stop by the library and see if they have anything that might help you.
